Who Am I?

Hi there! I’m Ann, a 30-something adventure enthusiast living in southeastern Ontario with my two dogs, Kaiya (7 year old border collie/lab) and Atlas (4 year old silver lab). I juggle multiple roles: daughter, sister, aunt, as well as working full-time in municipal finance, running a small accounting business from home, and giving back to my community as a volunteer firefighter. When I’m not working or helping others, you’ll find me savouring life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s sipping a rich cup of coffee, wandering through nature, or enjoying quality time with my dogs.

I’ve chosen to live a life that’s a bit unconventional. Opting to go solo, without a partner, and remaining childless, I’ve pursued my goals with determination. With the support of my wonderful friends and family, I’ve achieved extensive education, a fulfilling career, and the accomplishment of purchasing and renovating a home all on my own. I take pride in grabbing life by the horns and turning my dreams into reality.

Staying active, learning new things, and traveling to inspiring places fuel my passion. I find solace in solitude but thrive on the adventures that come from engaging with my community and exploring the world. Embracing life’s journey to the fullest, I strive to make every day count.
